Outlaw Rin conspires to liberate the only vessel that will allow a fractured city to escape it’s imminent end. With no time to lose, he’ll need to overthrow an oppressive gang, but not before overcoming a lifetime of scorn to save the people he resents most.

Three outlaws set out to convince a sun-worshipping cult tojoin their plan to save the city of UOKA-2, but are disrupted by a suspicious attack. Rin has the culprits in his grasp, but letsthem slip away when he recognises a familiar face.
